How to use

Massage the Thermal Dol warming body cream with gentle upward movements onto the affected area until fully absorbed. Focus on areas with more fatigue or tension. Ideal as thermal support before and after sports activity.

Step 2 – Refreshing relief for tired legs
Apply a thin layer of refreshing Ice gel for tired legs to the ankles and legs twice a day. Massage from the bottom up until absorbed for an immediate sensation of freshness, lightness, and relief from imperfections and heaviness.

Step 3 – Daily hydration and protection for hands and feet
Apply the moisturizing and protective hand and foot cream daily, preferably after washing. Massage gently until fully absorbed, focusing on drier or cracked areas for skin that is soft, nourished, and pleasantly protected.
