How to use

1. Once or twice a week, apply the Remodeling Mud Pre-Shower Body Mask to the affected areas before showering. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
2. After showering, apply the Moisturizing, Nourishing, and Softening Thermal Body Cream to your entire body, massaging until absorbed.
3. Apply the Refreshing Ice Gel to your legs with upward strokes, focusing on the most tired or heavy areas.
4. Use the Ice Gel also after physical activity or on hot days for an immediate sensation of freshness.
5. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes and apply to unbroken skin.
